SHIPPING TIMELINES?

Shipping rates are determined by price, parcel size and shipping destination at Checkout. Below is a list of expected delivery times per carrier method: 

--Most orders ship within 24 hours and you will receive an email shipping confirmation regarding your order. Please allow up to 6 business days for domestic delivery. 

DOMESTIC > STANDARD

USPS First Class: arrives within 5 business days

USPS Priority: arrives within 5 business days

UPS Ground: arrives within 6 business days

DOMESTIC > EXPEDITED

UPS 2-Day: arrives in 2 business days

HOW DO I RETURN / EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

We do not provide refunds for delivered products. But, we are happy to exchange your item, as yet unused & new, for a replacement.

For US customers, Exchanges are welcome within 30 days of receiving your order. You pay for the shipping back to us, and we provide Free Shipping back to you.

EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Contact us via email within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. A return authorization number will be issued & return address provided.
3. Write the RA number on the outside of the parcel and please provide a note with the items you are exchanging for on the inside.
4. You pay for the shipping back to us and we offer free shipping back to you!
5. Once received at our warehouse, your exchange will be shipped out.
